Norris signed a two-way contract with the Atlanta Hawks during his rookie season, but was cut without getting a chance to play. Before the regular season started last season, he signed with the Memphis Grizzlies, but he was quickly cut. In March this year, Norris signed a two-way contract with the Celtics, and he officially became an NBA player. However, after joining the Celtics, he actually did not get much playing time and performance opportunities in the NBA regular season, and most of his time was spent in the NBA Development League.
