Who can break out in the new team? The official website released the analysis of 15-man data: Green needs to improve the efficiency of jump shots
The NBA draft has ended and the free agent market will open at 6 a.m. on July 1. After delving into the relevant data of Durant who went to the Rockets (how strong is Durant? NBA official website posted 15 key data, KD will lead the Rockets to the championship), it listed some key data of players who have been traded in the past two weeks - 1. Cole Anthony, Grizzlies Key data: When Anthony was on the court, the rebounding rate was 8.0%. It was his lowest in nearly three seasons, but it still ranked second among the 44 players who are 6-foot-3 and below and averaged at least 15 minutes per game. Anthony is not an efficient scorer, and among the 144 players who have made at least 2,500 shots in his five-year career, he ranks fourth from the bottom on real shooting percentage (53.3%). But in terms of his size, he is an excellent rebounder. 2. Lonzo Ball, Cavaliers' Key Data: Ball is one of the only four players who play at least 500 minutes of playing time and average at least 5 rebounds, 5 assists and 2 steals per game every 36 minutes. He has returned from injuries in the past three years and has poor shooting performances, but Ball is still able to organize the offense and keep the ball. 3. Desmond Bain, Magic Key data: Bain is one of the only five players in the past five seasons to hit 38% and above with at least 250 three-point shots. Bain has been very stable over his five-year career, and despite his increased organizational offensive tasks over the past few years, his true shooting percentage has always ranged from 59.2% to 60.6%. 4. Dillon Brooks, Suns Key data: Brooks' three-point shooting percentage this season has reached a career-high 39.7%, and in the past three years, the three-point shooting percentage has increased year by year. He has hit 158 three-pointers this season, tied for sixth in the league. In his eighth season, Brooks finally added three-point shooting ability outside of defense. In fact, he is the only player on the Rockets to hit or exceed the league average (36%) with at least 200 3-point shots. 5. Caldwell Pope, Grizzlies Key data: Caldwell Pope is one of nine players with a shooting percentage of more than 50% after at least 100 emergency stop jump shots. He shot 58.0% from two-point shots at least 18 feet (29 out of 50 shots), ranking first among 29 players with at least 50 shots. The other eight players who shot more than 50% of the shooting percentage were all less than 58% of the total shooting assist rate, while Caldwell Pope's assist rate was 80.8%. What makes him unique is that many of his dribble-back two-pointers are not creating opportunities by himself. 6. Jaylen Green, Suns Key data: Green scored 108 shots in at least 18 feet, ranking second in the league (after Demar DeRozan). Of the 29 players with at least 50 shots, he hit 33.3% (36 of 108 shots), ranking 27th. In his fourth season, Green's inside shots (38.7%) and free throw rate (23.4 free throws per 100 shots) both hit career lows. He became more of a jumper, but his jumper was not very efficient. 7. Zhu Holiday, Trail Blazers Key data: Holiday hit a career low in two seasons with the Celtics, with a usage rate of 16.1% in 2023-2024 and 15.6% in 2024-2025. The 35-year-old has stepped back to the second line after joining Boston, with a sharp drop in usage compared to his last season in Milwaukee (24.4%). In the Trail Blazers, he should get more shots. 8. Terence Mann, Nets Key stats: In the past two seasons, Mann has shot 65.2% from the inside, ranking second among guards and forward players with at least 300 inside shots. Mann is not a great space player, but over the past two seasons, he has shot 40.4% from corner three-pointers (76 of 188 shots). But he has grown into a great basket finisher. 9.CJ-McCollum, Wizards, Key Data: McCorlum's effective shooting percentage of emergency stop jump shots is only 46.6%, ranking 45th among the 68 players with at least 250 emergency stop jump shots. This is his worst figure in nearly 10 seasons, down from the career-best 57.0% (second-ranked) set in the 2023-2024 season. McCollum's emergency stop jump shot performance is one of many aspects of the Pelicans' sharp decline compared to last season. 10. Georges Nion, Celtics Key data: Nion is one of only 10 active players, and in at least 200 three-point shootings in at least five seasons, he has made 40% and above three-point shootings. Nian has made 68.6% of three-point shots in the past five seasons, ranking sixth among the 186 players with at least 2,000 shots.. So he should be able to fit in well with the Celtics, who set an NBA record of 53.6% of three-point shots last season. 11. Isaac Okoro, Bulls Key data: According to Second Spectrum, 89% of Okoro's three-point shots were empty shots. Of the 284 players who have made at least 100 three-point shots, this ratio ranks third. Ocorro's open three-point shooting percentage was 37.8%, below the league average (38.9%), ranking 138th out of 208 players with at least 100 shots. 12. Jordan Poole, Pelicans Key data: Poole's emergency stop three-point shooting percentage was 39.1% (133 of 340 shots), ranking third among the 32 players with at least 200 shots, a significant improvement from 30.4% in the 2023-2024 season (the bottom among the 30 players with at least 200 shots). After a bad first season in Washington, Poole's efficiency has improved significantly, with his true shooting percentage (59.1%) approaching his level of winning season with the Warriors (59.8%). Among the 25 players with usage rates of 28% or above, they rank 10th. 13. Porzingis, Eagles Key data: According to Second Spectrum, Porzingis scored 0.499 points per touch, ranking second among the 414 players with at least 500 touches. Porzingis is obviously more of an offensive ender than an offensive organizer. Among the 45 players with usage rates of 25% and above, he has an assist rate of 10.8 times per 100 rounds, ranking third from the bottom. But he is a pretty efficient finisher, with 63.1% real shots over the past three seasons, ranking 17th out of 164 players with at least 1,500 shots. 14. Anthony Simmons, Celtics Key data: Simmons' free throw shooting percentage at critical moments in his career was 95.0% (76 of 80 free throws). This is the best result in 29 years when we have pivotal moment data. The critical moment refers to a free throw with a score difference of less than 5 points in the last five minutes of the fourth quarter or overtime. This includes his performance in the past season's 23 free throws. At the same time, Simmons made 6 shots (11 shots) in the fourth quarter or the last minute of overtime to help the team tie or overtake the score, which is tied for fourth in the league. 15. Mark Williams, Suns Key stats: Williams is one of only four players, playing time in his three seasons of career, with averaging at least 13 rebounds and 1.5 blocks per game every 36 minutes. Unfortunately, the Hornets have performed slightly better in rebounding when Williams is not on the court this past season (50.4% rebounding rate) than when he is on the court (48.9%). When he defended, his opponent shot 65.1% from the basket, ranking 62nd among the 99 players who have defended at least 200 shots from the basket.
