Paul: If you can t play in Los Angeles next season, it s not worth it. Missing too much parent-child time

Paul, who returned to the Clippers this summer, talked about the reasons why he made the decision to return to Los Angeles.

Absent during the critical period of the children's growth, Paul suffered a lot. He finally made up his mind to return to his hometown to continue playing instead of retiring. After reuniting with the Clippers, the Paul family reunited in Los Angeles for the first time since 2017, and everyone felt extremely comfortable.

Paul said: "At the beginning of this year, I vaguely felt that if I couldn't play here (Los Angeles), it wouldn't be worth it, because time flies and never returns. Our children are at a special age and I know I have missed too much time. It's not to make up for anything, but to do what I can do."

"It's a big deal to be back. It's great to be back here and play with my family. Basketball, life and all of this are a gift, and it's fun."

"What I look forward to most is to be with them. When you have such people, whether you're a wife or a child, sometimes you don't need to do anything special, just stay with each other. I think this is what I miss the most."
