Famous reporter: Sources close to James say he will never wear Clippers jerseys

July 7th News Recently, ESPN famous reporter Dave McMenamin talked about James' future on the show.

He said: "Ritchie Paul did tell me that four teams have asked him about the possibility of a deal."

"Some connections can make things weird. Knicks, Mavericks, Cavaliers, Warriors, Heat, Clippers, probably these teams. But, I've reported before, a source close to LeBron James said that LeBron James will never wear the Clippers jersey. You know, if that stays the same, you can rule out the Clippers."

"The Cavaliers are currently in the second-large line, so they don't have the ability to operate the deal, they have to deal out some contracts before the total salary can be reduced to a matchable deal. And there is a risk, because once you deal out these contracts, the deal may not end up. So I think this is unlikely for the Cavaliers."
