Caruso: Learned from James the ultimate pursuit of competition and the ability to become a professional player
June 11th, Thunder player Caruso was interviewed after training. Speaking of what I learned from my former teammate James, Caruso said: "The most important thing is the ability to be a professional player - to get treatment, eat properly, sleep, wear recovery compression pants. The ultimate pursuit of competition I learned from him and other players greatly shaped my mindset. But it comes down to being a professional player. I think we have played more than 100 games this year as a team - not including training and travel days. All of this has accumulated to make me understand that as a professional player, you have to make sure you take care of your body, your mind and drive the people around you."
