American News: The Cavaliers are selling Ocorro, but the other party may ask for some draft assets

June 15th, Forbes sports reporter Evan Sidery talked about the operation of the Cavaliers while doing the show, and he said the Cavaliers are peddling Ocorro.

"As far as I know, they (the Cavaliers) are considering sending Ocoro away through trades. But I think some teams that are considering getting Ocoro will say, 'We accepted his contract, which is a good thing for you, let's take some time to discuss it, make it valuable, give us a second round in the future, even go find a first round, trade it with Ocoro, and then we'll help you.'" EvanSidery said.

Okoro played 55 games for the Cavaliers this season, averaging 6.1 points, 2.4 rebounds and 1.2 assists per game, shooting percentage of 46.4%, and three-point shooting percentage of 37.1%.

Okoro's contract has two seasons left and will not expire until the summer of 2027. The annual salary for the 2025-26 season is US$11 million, and the 2026-27 season is US$11.8 million.
