Three more players are expected to enter the United States, Canada and Mexico

There are still three players in the league who are expected to participate in next year's World Cup.

The three players are Beijing Guoan’s Cameroonian foreign aid Ngadeu, Yunnan Yukun’s Romanian foreign aid Buerke, and Dalian Yingbo’s North Macedonian foreign aid Alimi.

Ngadeu's Cameroon team was upset by Cape Verde in this African qualifier and missed the first place in the group. However, the team will participate in the African play-offs as the fourth best group and second place, competing with the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Gabon, and Nigeria for the last promotion seat in the African region. In the two World Cup preliminaries at this stage, Ngadeu started the first away game against Mauritius. The second game was suspended due to accumulation of yellow cards.

Buerk's Romanian team is currently ranked third in Group H of the European Zone, 5 points behind first place Austria and 3 points behind second place Bosnia and Herzegovina with two games remaining. However, the team won the first place in the group in the UEFA Nations League. Therefore, even if it cannot advance directly through the European qualifiers, it can advance to the European play-offs through the UEFA Nations League. Romania has only one World Cup qualifying match against Austria this month, and Buerke started and played the entire game.

Alimi's North Macedonia team is currently ranked second in Group J in the European region. It is one point behind the leader Belgium and three points ahead of third-place Wales with one more game. However, both North Macedonia and Wales have the qualification to advance to the top of the UEFA Nations League group, and Kazakhstan, fourth in the group, cannot be promoted. The top two, so both teams can advance to the play-off stage regardless of whether they are ranked second or third. North Macedonia played two World Cup preliminaries this month. Alimi came on as a substitute for 16 minutes in the 0-0 away game against Belgium, and then started for 75 minutes in the home game against Kazakhstan.
