1. MiM Sitges Hotel (Barcelona)

is located in the heart of Sitges, a charming seaside town just 40 minutes' drive from Barcelona, and the hotel is the first member of Messi's tourist empire. Just 100 metres from the beach, MiM Sitges is a modern building with a glass facade that has been certified LEED Gold for its sustainable design. The hotel has 77 rooms, including suites with a private terrace and sea views. Its modern style combines precious materials and spacious windows to create a relaxing atmosphere. Major amenities include a spa with heated pool, spa paths, state-of-the-art gym, a terrace with bar with a view and an outdoor pool. Off-season standard double rooms start at €122 per night.

2. MiM Ibiza Es Vivé Hotel (Spain)

In 2018, Messi acquired the historic Es Vivé Hotel for nearly €30 million, adding a strategic asset. Just a short walk from Ses Figueretes Beach, MiM Ibiza Es Vivé combines decorative art architecture with a sophisticated, exclusive atmosphere. The hotel has 52 rooms, highlights include a spa with exclusive treatments, a view bar with DJ, a swimming pool with Balinese loungers and an international restaurant. The nightly price varies from EUR 226 to EUR 525 per night.

3. MiM Hotel Mallorca

In 2020, Messi expanded his MiM Hotels chain brand by acquiring the then Hotel Fona Mallorca in the S 'Illot area. The hotel is just a few metres from the sea and is only 50 metres from Sa Coma Beach. After a complete renovation, the building was transformed into an exclusive adult-only hotel focusing on relaxation and wellness. The hotel has 98 rooms on four floors, designed in a pure Mediterranean style. Its modern coastal aesthetic includes spacious rooms, light tones and natural materials. Hotel facilities include two outdoor pools (one of which is an infinity), a complete spa, a restaurant serving local cuisine and a rooftop sun terrace with panoramic views. The average nightly price is around €200, and the off-season option starts at €122 per night.

4. MiM Baqueira (Spain)

is located in the Baqueira Beret ski slopes, a mountain hotel designed for those who want to combine sports activities with high-quality accommodation. The hotel has 141 rooms, including double, family and suites. Its style of rustic and modern blends warm materials such as stone and wood to create a warm atmosphere. Facilities include a spa with spa paths, ski storage rooms, shuttle service to the ski slopes and a restaurant serving regional specialities. Room prices start at 150 euros per night.

5. MiM Andorra Hotel (Andorra)

MiM Andorra Hotel opened in February 2023 and is the latest member of the Messi hotel chain. The hotel has 31 spacious rooms with minimal furnishings and design inspired by Scandinavian architecture, emphasizing elegant minimalism in neutral tones and luxurious details. The most notable suite is the Macy Suite, an exclusive 62 m2 space with a terrace overlooking Carlemany Street and access. The suite comes with a double king bed, a bathtub, a jacuzzi, a massage shower, a full bathroom and an additional toilet. Catering is provided by "Hincha", a brand new restaurant concept created by MiM in collaboration with Michelin-starred chef Nandu Jubany. The hotel also has a spa and a pool area, which perfects health and relaxation services. The price of the standard room starts at around 200 euros per night.

6. MiM Sotogrande Club Marítimo (Cadis)

Located in the yacht marina in Sotogrande, Andalusia, this boutique hotel offers a nautical-style luxury experience. The hotel offers views of the Mediterranean Sea, a modern design inspired by navigation, and uses natural materials to create a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel has 45 rooms, many with private terraces and views of the harbour. The hotel has two restaurants with fusion cuisine, a spa, a relaxing terrace and exclusive access to Marina Club. Double rooms start at EUR 230 per night, while suites can be up to EUR 504 per night.
