McTominay: Joining Napoli will take my career further Conte is not ruthless

October 11th: McTominay explained why he chose to join Naples. He said that Conte was not as ruthless as the outside world thought.

While at Manchester United, McTominay has struggled to get consistent playing time and was often rotated in different positions. So when Conte offered him a move to Serie A, he jumped at the chance without hesitation.
