British media: Newcastle is expected to formally buy Jacob Ramsey, the player is willing to leave Villa

In order to comply with UEFA's fiscal fairness bill, Villa is willing to sell the youth training player. And Ramsey was open to transfer Newcastle after rejecting West Ham's interest earlier this summer. The 24-year-old joined Villa youth training camp at the age of six and was later promoted to the first team, but his regular playing time has gradually decreased in recent years. Although he played 29 times in the Premier League last season, he played the whole game only twice. The former England U21 international contributed 4 goals and 7 assists in each competition last season. Ramsey and Villa have two years left in their contract, but failed to reach an agreement on the New Testament.
