talkSPORT: Mbemo is scheduled to undergo a medical examination in Manchester United next week, and the final transfer fee is still under discussion

According to talkSPORT, the winger has tentatively scheduled to undergo a Manchester United physical examination next week, but the two clubs are still negotiating on the final transfer fee and transaction structure.

Manchester United joined the battle for the Cameroonian star with an initial offer of £55m (down payment of 45m + additional clauses of 10m). However, the latest news shows that the total price of this deal is expected to exceed Manchester United's previous £62.5 million introduction of Wolves player Cunha.

Tottenham also had an affair with Mbemo, but the forward has always made it clear that he prefers Old Trafford this summer rather than reunite with Frank at Tottenham.

Manchester United has agreed with 25-year-old Mbemo on a personal clause for a weekly salary of £250,000, which is five times higher than his current 50,000 weekly salary in Brentford.

Tottenham is expected to turn to attack Eze, but they need to face the competition from their arch rival Arsenal, and the Gunners are also eyeing the Crystal Palace star.
