Premier League fine-tunes the summer window, with the deadline 4 hours in advance

The Premier League’s summer transfer window will be fine-tuned, and the trading deadline will be several hours ahead of schedule.

Daily Mail reporter Mike Keegan reported that the time for the summer transfer windows of the Premier League and EFL will be closed at 23:00 (British Sun Time), but will be advanced to 19:00.

This move aims to give staff a more normal way of working so that employees of various clubs and leagues no longer have to stay up all night to handle transfer matters.

While some officials are concerned that other leagues can continue to trade players after the deadline for trade in England, some European leagues are said to be considering similar adjustments.

Due to the Club World Cup, this year's summer window will be divided into two stages. The first phase starts on June 1 and ends on June 10, and the second phase starts on June 16 and ends on September 1. The Premier League has not agreed to close the window before the season begins, but some reports say they may do so. The date of the

winter window has been announced, opening from January 1 to February 2. The report added that Premier League clubs are still seeking permission to loan players to the next three leagues (Champions League, English League One and English League Two) outside the transfer window, and the relevant negotiations are still continuing.
