Pickford’s 300 Premier League appearances are second only to Seaman’s, and his clean sheet record is just behind Ederson and Alisson.
Hupu News, October 18, Everton previously officially announced that it would renew Pickford’s contract until June 2029. Since joining Everton in August 2017, Pickford has become the team's last barrier to stability. He is also the second English goalkeeper in Premier League history to play 300 games for the same club, second only to Arsenal legend David Seaman (325 games). In 300 games, Pickford completed 85 clean sheets, second only to Ederson (122) and Alisson (97) among Premier League goalkeepers during the same period. What's even more impressive is that Pickford has almost made no major mistakes that resulted in conceding goals in the past three seasons. He only made one mistake each in the 2023/24 and 2024/25 seasons, and has zero mistakes so far this season.
