"One Person, One City Award" was established in 2015 to recognize players who devote their entire career to the same team. The winner of this year is Liverpool legendary central defender Jamie Carragher.

Carrager was born in Booth in Merseyside, England in 1978. He joined Liverpool youth training at the age of 10 and made his career debut in the 1996-97 season. Although he supported Everton since childhood, Carragher devoted all his 17-year professional career to Liverpool and served as the team's vice captain for 10 years. He played 737 times for Liverpool, contributed 4 goals and 20 assists, and 8 own goals, helping Liverpool win 2 FA Cup championships, 3 League Cup championships, 2 Community Shield Cup championships, 1 UEFA Champions League championship, 1 UEFA Champions League championship and 2 UEFA Super Cup championships.
