Each team: A fan of Oviedo was fined + banned for suspected racial discrimination against Real Madrid players

September 18 According to the "Personal System", the Spanish Anti-Vision Committee proposed to punish an Oviedo fan for allegedly discriminating against Mbappe and Vinicius.

The Spanish Anti-Violence Committee decided to propose a 4,000 euro fine for an Oviedo fan and prohibit him from entering any stadiums within the next 12 months. The fan was accused of racist insulting Mbappe and Vinicius against Real Madrid.

The violation occurred in the 37th minute of the game, when the camera caught a man in the north stand of the Tatierere Stadium making a gesture imitating a monkey, identified by the state police as a member of an extremist fan organization in the Asturias region. The man was arrested on September 6 and the First Court of Investigation of Oviedo is currently investigating whether there is any crime.

In addition, a member from the radical Hercus fan group "South Stand" was fined 60,000 euros and was prohibited from entering the stadium within two years. This person has been banned from entering stadiums by the Deputy Government Office of the Government, and the ban is valid until December this year.

In addition, the Anti-Violence Committee approved a series of punishment recommendations for fans associated with the extremist fan group "Ligallo". These proposals are based on the work carried out by the National Guard Information Brigade in the Aragon area through a new team dedicated to combating sports activism.

Police submitted reports on 25 fans suspected of being associated with Ligallo. The Counter-Violence Committee has agreed to make a recommendation for penalties for them to show off fireworks and other violations during Zaragoza’s match against La Coruña and Huesca, with fines ranging from €1,500 to €60,000 (the maximum amount corresponds to a fan who has been banned from entering the stadium). The committee also proposed fines for Elche, Oviedo, Athletic Jerez and Ponceladina for failing to fulfill their responsibilities to control fireworks and alcohol into the stadium.

For Oviedo, the committee recommended a fine of €10,000 for the display of a large banner signed by the extreme fan group "Symmachiarii" in the stands at the Tatiereure Stadium on June 21, which was deemed to be a violation of relevant regulations.

At the same time, the committee has designated the following matches as high-risk matches: Girona vs. Espanyol (September 26), Atletico Madrid vs. Real Madrid (September 27), Valladolid vs. Leonésa (September 28), Betis vs. Osasuna (September 28), and Burgos vs. Valladolid (October 12).
