Arsenal introduces midfielder Subimedi from Real Sociedad! The transfer fee is 60 million pounds!

Premier League (EPL) Arsenal officially announced the introduction of defensive midfielder Martin Subimedi (26) from Real Sociedad (Spain).

Arsenal said on the 6th (Korea time): "We are pleased to announce that Subimedi has signed a long-term contract and joined the team." The club did not disclose the specific contract term and terms, but according to the BBC, the transfer fee is 60 million pounds (about 111.6 billion won). Subimedi is Arsenal's second goal to sign up after Arsenal brought goalkeeper Kepa Arizabalaga (31 years old, Spain) from Chelsea (England) for £5 million (about 9.3 billion won). Subimedi rejected Liverpool (England) courtship and was a defensive midfielder who grew up in Real Sociedad's youth training camp. After his debut, he participated in 236 official games (scoring 10 goals).

Subimedi has also made 19 appearances for the Spanish national team (scoring 2 goals) and won the silver medal at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.

Subimendi, wearing the No. 36 jersey, said: "This is a very important moment in my career. This is my dream transfer," and "I think the Arsenal game style is very suitable for me."
