Angels Go Home: Di Maria Free Joins the Parent Team
Argentina's Rosario Central Club announced that 37-year-old "angel" Di Maria will return home and join the parent team as a free agent. He entered Europe in 2007 and played for many wealthy families such as Benfica, Real Madrid, Manchester United, Paris Saint-Germain, Juventus, etc. He has returned to his roots after 18 years of hard work. Interestingly, the two clubs Di Maria played for the first time were exactly the two clubs he might play for: in 2007, "Noodles" transferred from Rosario Central to Benfica; after the contract with Benfica in 2025, the angel will return to where the dream began. It is reported that Di Maria will return to Argentina to report after participating in the Club World Cup in June and July.
